Design
We begin formulating your design when the brief has been produced and the site has been identified and visited. The design is based on the client's specifications, as well as building regulations, planning legislation, modern design and construction procedures. Planning
The planning process begins on completion of the design process. We will liaise with the Planning Department of the local authority and will oversee the process from start to finish until a decision is issued by the planners.
Feasibility Studies
Investigation and evaluation of potential sites or buildings including pre-planning meetings with the relevant local authority planning department.
Site Suitability Investigation and Treatment Systems
DalyHudson are accredited FETAC approved Site Assessors. Prior to planning for one-off rural dwellings site investigations are required. The reports are required to accompany the planning application. We have experience and expertise in carrying out site testing and proposing the most suitable system for the site under review.

Health & Safety
PSDP:
DalyHudson can act as project supervisor for the design process as accredited RIAI PSDP. The project supervisor design process must be appointed before design work commences. This is to ensure effectiveness in addressing and coordinating safety and health matters from the very early stages of the project. PSDP is appointed by the Client to oversee the coordination of the design work.
